Thought we were having no more loans?

no month loans or continental loans. I'm sure if Welbeck or Campell become available on year loans, we'd be silly to say no. New manager or not.

Stick with Ramage - he appreciates the fans and is clearly improving and gaining confidence.

unless he's on stupid wages i'd stick with ramage too. but if connolly isn't playing in the centre with gorkss then he would be my 1st choice right back either way.

gunter did get great reports while he was at forest though - if a permanent deal were possible it might be worth a rethink, but not for a loan.

As long as Connolly plays the whole season at centre back and doesn't have to cover for injuries and suspensions then I'll be happy. If this means get Gunter in then do so!

The Cardiff fans don't rate him that much but a Forest mate thinks he is quality. A more natural right back than Ramage.

I like Ramage...always had confidence in him turning good.
However, Gunter is a natural RB whereas Ramage is not.
I'd take Gunter and keep Ramage as backup.
                Your mum would love me...

Definitely. It's going to need the full squad next year. So if we lose Gunter we will have Ramage. We lose Connolly we have Stewart.

Gunter would be a fine addition. Now all we need is a left back.

SirPie I totally agree with all that you said.
Ramage can do a job but offers very little going forward.
I would sign Gunther, so that Ramage has to fight for his place.
Also the form that Delaney showed last season was poor so we do need a new left back.
We have great centre backs in Connelly and Gorrkks who can perform a great partnership but our full backs can be both found guilty, into why QPR like to play hoof ball. Lets get 2 fullbacks that don't think the ball is a hot potato and can play a bit. New manager would also be a good start with at least 2 new strikers. Pete I get a bit ****ed off on some of your views. I said that I think bringing back De Canio would be a disaster and you then went to the defence of Paladini. I know he is your best mate and I can see why you want De Canio because it will allow Paladini to have a big say and influence on the club. I actually like Paladini and I think he done a great job finding new investors. I have nothing but respect for the man but he should now take a back seat. So please don't think people are anti de canio because of Paladini as it couldn't be anymore opposite.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Yes get him he's a good player. Watched him play for wales a few months ago and looked good. Big improvement on Ramage.

bring him in, better than all other options. Would say left back is our highest priority in defence though, the thought of delaney at lb next season makes me cringe.

Depends on what type of football is being played. Put Gunter in and it dramatically reduces the height and physical strength of the backline.

No need to change a defence that performed quite brilliantly last season (inc Delaney). 1 creative midfielder and a couple of strikers who know how to score a tap in are realistically all that's needed.

gunter can support the attacking options unlike ramage (bar the odd cross).
