just watched the game again and in the first half the kid was imho top drawer!!!......best attacking fb in an r's shirt in my days watching the r's including the 76 side........gillard,dawes,wilson,bardsley,sansom,p adula all in his wake and i see a possible future england international!!..........if we could keep him we'd have some player on our hands ala gareth bale!!

Reminds me a bit of the great Clive Wilson - just as silky tho a lot quicker. As you say facto best right back we've had in years (Fenwick and Neil were prob better defensively but a lot more is now expected of full backs). Only downside is its a bit like painting one room in your house really nicely - it shows up how mediocre everything else is around it!
