I like a moan, but even I can't complain being top of the league and undefeated!

True, we need to turn some of these draws into wins as other sides are catching up with us, but in previous season there is no way we would have got points at Derby and Bristol.

Burnley and Reading will be tough, but we will need to grind a victory from somewhere.

And as for the keeper and defence............superb!

        This thread cracks me up.

I can't believe how many people can find a negative out of being unbeaten and top of the league. Baahdiff lost away to both Ipswich and Leicester, BOTH of who we beat. We've given 2 penalties away in the last three games, and STILL didn't conceed. We dominated the better attacks at Brizzle, and IMO we were pretty unlucky. I take this as an unbiased view due to the fact that most of my mates saw this on Sky and said the same. It literally took a wonder goal from one of our biggest nemesis' for us to conceed away to Brizzle, so it shows the defence and 'keeper are still doing a fantastic job.

And as for Swansea being top by 2011...Seriously...Have a nap will ya.

I think 99.98% of Rangers supporters are very happy at the moment, then we have 4 or 5 headcases on here that will moan no matter what

Just wait until we're an established Premiership club and start getting 13,000 crowds for home games verses Bolton and we moan about a scrappy 1-0 win

              Correct.

Delighted with our position & start.

Cardiff have Leeds away & then Norwich fancy them to get 1 point out of them 2 games whilst I'm hoping / expecting us to win our 2 home games. Could open up a nice gap again within the next 2 weeks.

                    Sorry guys.

Milwall at home 0-0 = 2 points dropped.
Norwich at home 0-0 = 2 points dropped.
Swansea away 0-0 = a good point won.
Bristol City away 1-1 = 2 points dropped.

OK we are leading, we are unbeaten - but the above 4 matches emphatically do NOT represent promotion material. I think he can sort it out, but take those 4 matches in isolation (and remember they are our most recent 4 matches), and there is no room for complacency.

What would we be saying IF Burnley turned us over?

                      Every team has a dip.
Even in our best seasons we had a dip.
Wonder what the Cardiff fans were saying when they lost to Ipswich and Leicester in the same week?
We now have two weeks with no midweek games and a chance to recharge batteries etc.
Form is temporary, class permanent, and all that.

                      Cup half-full.

                        I agree with Toni.

If we don't start playing better than the form from the last 4 games, then we will be caught very quickly.

I thought we were very poor on fri night against a very poor bristol city side.
Also I am more concerned that these poor performance r becoming all to often.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Two weeks where there are no mid-week games...That's how I read it.

Besides, I disagree with Toni. Do you honestly think we've got the right to win every game? Our performance so far this season is better than any team to have won this league in ages. We've got Hulse fit no to provide HH with competition, and love or hate Aggy (I'm the latter) he's also looking pretty uselful again. A great goal at Derby, and a much needed touch on the line at Brizzle.

We're looking good and we deserved better on Friday. I am so disappointed that we have fans looking for negativity. Always the same ones as well. No matter what, it seems some want to be proven correct in the fact that we're not good enough.

Well I suggest we reffer to the league table and see what that says?
Cardiff will hit another blip soon, and it could well start tomorrow night at Leeds. As I've already mentioned...They were turned over by two teams we had beaten, scoring 5 and conceeding none in the process.

Not being negative exactly - more taking a neutral's view, looking at RECENT form, looking at matches to come in the near future, and thinking - "This ain't as straightforward as a lot of people think".

We're a great squad, with a great manager - but we have some seriously tough games coming up between now and Christmas - and I look at Swansea's fixtures and I can see them not only catching us but overtaking us. We shall see.

Exactly how I wrote it -- two weeks with no midweek games.
                                Saturday games only.
And no, I don't take a break unless I really have to.
Only miss on average 2 games a season, and those are always midweek away games.

Please read my posts properly next time.
