  • So do we get the record at Bristol City??

I'm very nervous about the game! Not the best record there!

Can't wait for it. Straight down there after work.

    You R'sssssssssss!
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

I think we will beat them.

I fancy someone new to step up to the plate and get the goals. Smith maybe.

This may sound a bit mad but I actually think that by playing down the record thing by not mentioning it will probably make it more likely that we will get it.

Think if it's mentioned too much, it may put extra unnecessary pressure on the players and they may freeze. Not sure being in front of the cameras is going to help much but hopefully we should win this one.

What record is this? I thought we already surpassed the record of best start since 1947?

I fancy us to win it. I think Warnock will freshen things up a bit with three games in seven days. Hopefully Smith will start, and Hogan or Mackie might be rested.

I think the twelve games unbeaten has equalled the record of 1947 (so technically, we have achieved the record) and the next one beats it?

i said before ipswich we'd lose, before swansea we'd lose and now im saying it again we'd be lucky to get out of bristol with a point.

basically i do believe bristol city will score so we will need to.

Danny Haynes will be a handful. Let's hope they don't play him on the right as Hill will struggle.

We should still grab a win there.

Pretty sure the game against Burnley would beat it?

If we don't get beat at Bristol City, think we equal it?

I think you're right about the TV coverage,we haven't got a good record in front of the cameras.Stage fright ,camera shy, call it what you like but I think away to BC could well be an unexpected banana skin. The were 2 up at Cardiff before losing narrowly, and beat Reading last night.

Up against Big Damon - 85th minute slip on his ####, textbook Damon, Helguson ghosts in to score winner. Lovely, job done. Well, here's hoping anyway...
