get ready to see plenty of zeros next to us and our opponents. we havent got a goal in us, but thank god we are so brillaint at the back we dont let any in.
those last two penalty misses have saved us two losses, and that is the best luck we have had in my living memory. so its all great news, but anyone who isnt getting nervous is not a rangers fan imho.
cardiff are going to overtake us, we just have to make sure we do not let anyone else.

Not unhappy with a point thought this would be our stiffest test yet, the goals seem to have dried up a bit maybe a small change of personel or a twique of the system, all teams now seem to being the same against us possible our way of playing has been worked out by our opponents, maybe 4-4-2 with some help up front for H.H.or just a slight change to make the oppersition think about it

Swansea have only conceded one goal at home all season so no need to panic about our lack of goalscoring on this occasion.

As we are not losing those games and getting something out of them (and Norwich were 3rd) it's not the worse blip in the world. Others - apart from Cardiff - haven't got anywhere near us, so can't see the need to panic or over-react.

I better give up being a QPR fan than because I'm not nervous at all.

So we've had a few nil nils far better than 1-1s in my opinion. We are tight at the back and we aren't conceding sloppy goals. The defence's confidence must be sky high at the moment. To think that the likes of Hall and Orr who despite what people say about Fitz he is a decent defenders at this level can't get into our starting XI. Orr is unlucky because until his injury he was playing very well. Most teams would love to have that sort of quality in their first team let alone on the bench.

With the likes of Faurlin back in the side and in need of a couple of games to get match fitness and with Smith raring to go and Hulse will eventually join the party we have enough quality. The likes of Norwich lost to Palace, Watford lost to Pompey and Swansea recently, Burnley haven't won away from home and the depth of other squads around show to me others have far more reason to be nervous than we do.

A strong defence, Sir Pie, but I'm just not sure where the goals are going to come from. There is clearly something up with Hulse that we are being kept in the dark about and our other attacking options look spent at the moment.

jsut a rhetorical question but would a 0-0 every game for the rest of the season take us up?
oh and i admire your confidence, you must be a really unshakeable strong minded kind of guy, cos im less confident now than i was at the start of the season. im getting that 'same old rangers' feeling, and i really dont like it.
cardiff will be champions imho, and i would even bet money on that, and the others (and there is loads of them) aint far behind us.

As I've pointed out in the one year ago thread the previous Champions and 2nd Place team also had a blip at the same stage last season. They had already lost matches by game 12. We haven't and we've actually scored more goals than they had after 12 matches.

Yes we've failed to score in 3 of those 12 matches and if we do that for the next set of 12 matches we will probably lose some of those matches but right I'm not worried in the slightest because under Warnock we have a manager who will be aware of the problems and will have already come up with ideas on how to rectify them.

This is our blip! The league is in serious trouble when we come out of it!

Pretty sure we were 7 points clear of 3rd before "the blip". Today, after "the blip" we're still 7 points clear of 3rd I think..
Don't jump on me if my stats are slightly wrong; it's just I pay little heed to what goes on below us and I only notice the also rans in my peripheral vision when I'm looking at the Rs monopolising the top spot.

                              True.
We were 7 points clear of 3rd place (the position that matters) before the Millwall game.

Due to the eratic results in this league, nothing has changed since then.
Norwich 1-2 Palace is a good example of a proper sh*t result from one of our threats to auto promotion.
                              Now that is a blip.

Reckon Cardiff will overtake us but not sure about anyone else. Burnley have Laws, reckon he'll **** it up for them, Watford will fade...
