So you could say we are a well supported club but home games don't get massive crowds, add to that poor performances high prices and BIG competition locally from other London clubs and it's no wonder isn't it.
Other than die-hard QPR fans how many new fans/youngsters would be attracted to LR?

Young = not got the money
Not die-hard fan = chooses to watch decent football elsewhere/pier pressure from other London clubs supporters of better footballing clubs.

Our club have decided to up prices to balance the books and not spend to save money....so why would anyone new want to come here?
Cheaper to pay the travel and watch another club play nice football.

    Rant over.

most teams in this league took the same or more to us than we did to them. what does that tell you

we have NEVER had a big following. we are lucky that over the years there have been commited supporters that have helped the club through the bad times (one of the reasons it's so sad to see them priced out) otherwise we would have gone under a long time ago.

this board is all about making money. but the only way they will do this is if we have a large fan base. if people think when we get into the premier league they will spend millions and millions on players then they are in a dream world

              so what has really changed.

ok we have rich owners but the CLUB is not rich

our attendences have decreased as they have hiked up prices that force supporters out. espeicially children and remember they are the future

The boutique principal means small and very pricey, an in-place to be, famous people, hangers on, flav could pull it off. that's why he bought the club, for that reason only. not sure where it leaves us, cannon fodder till the project takes off.

We have a decent set of players (Cerny, Gorkss, Connolly, Routledge, Buzsaky, Viney etc), we are not fighting at the bottom of the CCC
and are now trying to get into the top six. Imo DJ Campbell will be a good
signing and i got a feeling it wont just be DJ but someone half decent up front with him.

HUGE mistake in putting ticket prices up and Flav getting involved in the football side of things. and i can't blame Flavio for spending wisely because it is the cheaper way and thats what people like him do. I think Flavio
is a unsung hero but the ticket prices done no good for him. + we need a forward but i think he can see that now.

Flavio is the guy to take us forward and we are not small time, FAR from it! :boss:

Why is there alot of negativity on this board
Explain to me why we are small time?

Read the posts to answer your question qpr....rumours of unpopular managers and players being scouted/interviewed. I think that covers that one.

We are not BIg so we are small. Big to me is Leeds, 40k at home games and they are in a REALLY shite league, don't we know it .

You telling me doesn't counter what I feel I'm afraid.

                            Leeds we are not.

                              well its a fact

more than half the clubs in this division have a bigger fan base than us. a big club will be able to continue at the same level that they are at whoever owns them whereas we are only in the position we are because of the rich owners.

maybe your biased. it's sometimes good to get the opinion from supporters of other teams. i suggest you do that and see what they say

maybe the spin and hype produced by the club has led you to think we are bigger than we are. "champions league in four years" etc

the problem is after 15 years of fighting to stay afloat we have been sold the idea by the owners that we are going to be Champions league contenders in 5 years , and after 2 years we're just 3 points better. It was logical to expect big signings , we;ve got 2 billionaires on the board ffs!! BUT everytime we think this is it quality manager and quality signings we get linked with Magilton and DJ Campbell and our dreams are dashed again.
