      Spot on harris.

Faurlin & Derry is an excellent blend of vision, grit, experience & workmanship.

i think they both complement each other, and i think we will see a better Adel once ali is back.......Rowlands great servant to the club, but the club and team have moved on, i also think we will look better with smith replacing hogan. Roll on Tuesday

good point cooper and when u have players like adel and hogan struggling with goals I think Rowlands could still be a very important player. Definately adds more further up the pitch. Its a shame he didn't come on sat as he would of been useful when chasing for a goal.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

If we play faurlin and derry which I think we should then I think there is a place further up the field for Buzz. Allbeit I think hogan would lose out. MOM against boro but his form has dipped like adels

                Depending on form and fitness

                ---------- Derry - Faurlin ---------
Smith - Taarabt or Buzz - Mackie
                ----------- Hulse or HH -----------

                Subs
                Everyone else.

The first two posters in this thread really sums up this message board. QPR's fortunes have really turned around as much as this message boards. QPR were the laughing stock of the Championship and this message board use to be a good place. Now Rangers are back and doing well and this message board is going down the pan.

Has he proved it every season it the 20 odds games that he only manages to play...? Rowlands is the QPR of old, move on fella. The sooner he and Leigertwood are sold on the better. Ric-Roc has this nailed on. Can you honestly see Rowlands putting in the same sort of challenges that Derry is getting involved in?

rowly will not get many goals but he is a reasonable replacement (temporary) for Faurlin/Buzz but a better replacement for Derry. Talk of him above Faurlin is laughable

The reason - if you didn't hear NW's - We have 2 more games in 5 days. Faurlin has just come back from a 3 week layoff and probably wouldn't of lasted the remainder of the game and was deemed a risk. NW said he promised the Physio Faurlin wouldn't play more than a half so with Buzz coming off after 25mins or so it was too long so Leigertwood was brought on. In hindsight Leigertwood should be set alight and outed with a shovel!

Rowlands , when back fit, will only be used as a replacement for Faurlin he's no longer strong/good enough to be used as a replacement for Derry. If Derry gets injured thats gonna be our problem. We can replace all players further up the pitch with 'like for like' Hulse for HH, Smith for Hogan, Buz for Tarbs, etc but we have NO replacement for Derry. Lets hope he stays fit all season!

Unfortunately (for them) Vine, Cook etc will never feature in our first team again. Sad but true.
22nd February away v Charlton is the 40th Anniversary of my support of QPR and my first game. Away v Chelsea 3-3 23rd Feb 1974. 40 years of pure magic!!

rowlands, the poster boy for a new range of rose tinted glasses

this is the same divot that was flouncing around the pitch gesturing angrily at qpr fans (with his arm round loan players who didn't give a f*** for the club) after matches last year in which they were woeful??

i couldn't care less if he ever plays for qpr again
I don't care about morals 'cause the world's insane and we're all to blame anyway
