    Rowlands or Faurlin must be in the side. That has been obvious in the last few games.
    I played sunday league football today.

    Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

    I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

    We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

        Rowly was injured in a reserve game last week.
        Would be a better option than Legs when fit.
        But, then again, so would my cat.
        Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

                We 'll be lucky to get more than 15 games a season outta Rowly now, one more breakdown and he is finished imo !!
                Great servant and on his day he can still do a job but we mustn't rush him back

                  Some people have short memories. Rowlands was looking finnished before his injury. I can't see him making any sort of impact at all to be honest which is a great shame as i really like the fella.
                  Hopefully he proves me wrong but i can't see it.

                    Trouble is, that for players like Rowly, Legs and Vine (and, I fear, Cookie), the team has moved on in leaps and bounds, and it remains to be seen whether or not they have it in them to catch up.
                    Vine won't get the chance now;
                    Legs was struggling to keep up when we were poorer;
                    Rowly -- I remember the Brentford fans saying, "he'll be a very good player for you if you can keep him fit" -- which we haven't, and he looked good when we were poor -- would he look quite so good now, I wonder?;
                    Cookie is the only one imho with the ability to step up to where we are -- but how much toll have those injuries taken?

                        Don't doubt Rowly's quality , it is his ability to stay fit and injury free that is the problem !!
                        Btw, i would never liken Rowly to Legs in turns of ability

                          If we get Rowlands back to full fitness this season then i can see our current pace continuing! You talk about short memories but those memories are ones where Rowlands stood out not necessarily as a good player in a bad team, but a player who was very good at what he worked at and worked effortlessly.

                          Anyone remember THAT run a few years ago? That would've been a world class goal!

                              I love Martin Rowlands, although i like Derry a fit Rowlands could do very well alongside Faurlin.
