  • Not to upset about yesterdays result..

Was an incredibly fustrating game yesterday so left it till this morning to gather my match thoughts

To be honest, I thought Norwich looked a really good side and will be around the top 6 by the end of the season. It however was clear to me we were that little bit better in our quality than them. Even though we didn't score I felt we always posed the greater threat and they only looked like they were going to score on the counter attack.

We could of really done with Faurlin yesterday, Legs certinally didn't fit in brilliant! Anybody know what Buzz has done?

Our problem yesterday was our attacking force (Tarbs, Mackie and Hogs) all had quiet games. We weren't moving the ball quickly enough and often found ourselves looking for the wonder ball. I think we should really try and utilise Walker more because everytime he got the ball, something happened as a result.

Now I have heard mentions of changing our system and bringing in Smith/dropping Tarbs. In my opinion that is crazy. We drew against the third team in the league and its like a crisis has hit all of the sudden The only change I would make would to be to bring Faurlin back in the centre on Tuesday. It is clear how key he is to our system of play and in his absence our play has definitely not been up to the same standard.

Tuesday will be our hardest test of the season so far, but our game probably suits playing away were teams come at us more. I think 3 points out of the next two are the most likely, but in an ideal world, 4 would be nice! Got our hardest run of games this month, so lets get behind the lads and fingers crossed by the end of it, we will still be top!
