  • Bring Orr back, and push Walker up?

So Faulins not quite ready it seems, and we're just not creating the amount of chances we did early season, maybe less than half.

Everyone speaks about how good Walker is, but generally because of his speed and attacking runs, and overlapping down the wing, and rarely due to defensive stuff, which is still good.

Defensively we are rock solid, Matty and Gorksy have gotta be the best in the league, and with Shaun covering we can afford to test this formation of bringing Bradley in as full back and pushing Walker into a more attacking wide midfield role. We'll get more speed, more crosses for HH, and more chances imo.

However, I wonder if it may be part of the loan agreement that NW is obliged to play Walker only in this position to gain match experience for when he returns to Spuds, or could NW experiment with his position, hypothetically?

I was thinking the same myself,NW has already said that Walker can also play in the middle so good point made here

Stick him up front instead of Heidi. Revert to long ball. Sorted.

Putting Orr back at RB and using Walker as some sort of right winger is an interesting one, as, for me, his attacking play is better than his defensive play most of the time!
        But who would you drop?
Still think Mackie needs a break -- clearly something not right there, prob. the tight hamstring which he never got a chance to rest.
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

And while you're at it, Paddy Kenny can play left wing, Ephraim to sweeper.

If Kenny says he wants to play left wing, I for one wouldn't argue with him...
The look he gave the Norwich fans yesterday was AWESOME!!

move clint hill to centre half [ played the majority of his games there at crystal palace ] put kyle walker at left back, bring in orr at right back, then..........
put matt connelly in midfield ,where he was very effective last season.

I think he probably could play on the wing if need be, he had more attacking and creative threat than any player in the whole Norwich team yesterday and he's a right back!!

He's was absolutely different class yesterday both going forward AND defensively, best full back in the league on current form.
