  • MASSIVE Norwich or MASSIVE Palace?

In the last two games, we have been informed that our support is effing sheet by the MASSIVE PALACE and the MASSIVE NORWICH.
It was a real privilege to just see and hear the MASSIVE support from those football powerhouses.

The mighty Crystal had epic support from all over south London at our huge derby match and over three thousand canaries flew into town to take over Shepherds Bush! They even sold out the away end! Can you believe it?

Will QPR ever be as huge as those guys?

Which of those giganticos is massiver? Palace or Norwich?

See what you're saying, but at the end of the day, our support is fairly shite. When we play at LR, unless we win about 3/4-0 or its against a 'rival' the crowds practically dead half the time.

Acoustics at Loftus Road are weird.

Away fans always claim never to hear home fans and vice versa. It's just the way LR is.

Dont agree, I think having a family stand facing the away support is the problem.... that and we have no real songs bar the odd repetitive chants...

might bring the drum back at this rate

Seriously, think we have one of the best grounds for atmosphere in the football league and at the moment for some reason we are not using it.

We are not intidimating at all, and supporters are talking about a possible penalty? Well, you never would have known it as we hardly made a noise, in the most hostile grounds in the country that could have won a penalty and its amazing how refs actually react to the home supporters. You often hear the term "homers" for refs, while we've not really had one this season, as we don't make it uncomfortable for away teams or refs

Fully agree. If our fans can't get buoyant when we were six points clear then they never will. Pathetic in the main.

I sit in the family stand with my kids. Even though I enjoy the view from my seat, It's killing the atmosphere in the ground to have the family stand in the lower loft.

Doesnt help people being in Q,R making noise which is the furthest away from the school end,to make LR intimadating for away fans you need the majority of people in W,X and A. Most grounds you go to the home noise likes to be right on top of the away fans.

it was much better back in the 80's when the cmob sat in the old fblock in the sar.....we could gesticulate and antagonise the away support and our witty ditties often drowned em out....we even on occassions managed to swop rossettes with them.....villa/everton spring to mind!!........at most away grounds the more 'vociferous' fans sit near the away sections to make for a better atmosphere......remember at hillborough the wednesday fans next to the leppings lane offering congratulations to us on our promotion!!!......i say all our 'hardcore' move back to the old fblock in sar and xblock in er............a two side pincer movement is the answer!!

Sat in the V block, the away fans are usually always loud! I think it's right in saying the acoustics are really strange....just hard to get all fans singing away
