We should be a fortress and make away team players nervous about playing passes and we don't do that. Our home support vocally is very poor at the moment and away fans are taking over Loftus Road by getting behind there teams. Millwall did it and Norwich did it again yesterday.
ALL BEST BANTER AND ALL THE LATEST FROM QPR.
THE WEST LONDON 90 MINUTE FOOTBALL SHOW EVERY MONDAY FROM 9.30PM http://mixlr.com/the90mfs/
We all have parts of the ground we prefer to sit so all those that want to sing are all over the ground which i would think would mean the song is carried but often when songs are sung on one side the others cant hear it and well thats the end of that song! i didnt think Q wad too bad but have seen it alot better.
In my opinion we have one of the worst home supports in the division. It's embarrassing how quiet it often is.
Don't think our away support is that great either. Against Leicester there were maybe 100 of us up the top singing for most of the game.. only time it was loud was after Mackie got his 2nd.
At Palace there was a loud spell of about 15 minutes after we scored and that was pretty much it.
I know with the game we put an end to Norwich's record of scoring in there last 32 away games but i was embarrased on Saturday too, the biggest home attendance in years, yet possibly the worst atmosphere, wow we do keep breaking records don't we.
Someone at the club needs to sort something out for fans in the ground, location wise.
I don't think our home support is any better/worse than anyone else's. For me you can't beat a sold out LR, saw plenty of young families there, 18k....good to see. If we'd have had a 2nd half like against boro it would have been noisy. Yes, the "mr qpr" people are going to say, but you should sing all the way through. Well, it's not going to happen, that's just the way it is. If the game isn't end to end or something "controversial" doesn't happen, it dies down after the initial exuberance. Why? Well, maybe some just want to watch it, others hungover, young families (less likely) and also it's quite "british". I don't see what the issue is and why it drives some of you so mad!!
(away games are more fun though! )
