Ownership is bigger news than results these days. The ever changing sitruation at Liverpool shows how complicated and nasty things can get when big money is at stake.

As long as we are going forward - then great. I want the biggest, but sensible, spenders in charge. Don;t care about personalities tbh.

As long as this does not interfere with the clubs progress, it seems to be working well.

I can understand where you are coming from here BUT given the clubs recent run of pathetic press, I honestly doubt that Amit would have said publically about the family increasing their stake only for it to be cobblers, add to that I doubt NW would have come here given Flavio’s potential messy fingers. Either way this is one aspect of the club I currently am not massively interested in. As long as results keep coming on the pitch without interference, these off the field changes will happen as an when.

Flavio can stay as long as he remains in the cellar with a straightjacket on.

Flavio has the potential to stick his nose in at any time in the future, the sooner he goes the better.

Ecclestone spent £150,000 on his 15 per cent, while Briatore, through his British Virgin Islands registered company, Sarita Capital, bought 54 per cent for £540,000. 70% my ####.
Looking at these numbers Flav and Bernie original owned 69% of which Bernie owned 15% leaving Flavio with 54% He has then since sold 20% of his shares leaving him owning 34% and Bernie 15% - Jointly owning 49%
I'm sure that the percentage that are owned by "small shareholders" such as myself was at one stage less than 5% and has since been diluted down to less than 1% which if this was the case would leave the Mittals with a little over 50% which equals Majority sharholders - just !
Don't you just love Gianni "I've never done nothing wrong for this club" Paladini..
