Player Loyalty

Loyalty is rife on this MB at the moment.

So let me put this to you; just like clubs can ditch players at any moment, can ditch staff without a single thought, why cant players do the same..

Look at the way QPR treated Legends, absolute legends like Alan Mcdonald and Gary Waddock , even Holloway, and look how the club treated employee's like Sheila Marson... No loyalty at all for people who dedicated much of their career to QPR.

So why is playing any different, Adel is arrogant, as was Cantona, he thinks/knows he is better than most not in the squad but probably the league..This is what great players are like (Hagi, Stoichkov,Cantona, Fat Ronaldo)
But he has just said something, albeit not the right thing to say, but the clubs have no loyalty to players anymore.

Right Now would you sign Kyle Walker and ditch Bradley Orr?? Most of us would, and that sums my point up.

Jeffro, really good thread and agree although I don't think Adel wants to leave in the aspect some might think, he enjoys playing at QPR and feels a part of a team, If he thinks he can do better then why lie about it, every football player keeps their option open.

He is giving he's all at this moment, what more can we ask for?

Good post Jeffro. Just to add.. its not like Adel has said "I will leave in Jan" or "I hope to leave in Jan", he said he will decide on his future then. Im guessing if we are still doing well he will stay, if not he will leave to further his career.

You are right in what you say. However you would not hold the club in any respect if they behaved like this so surely you do not hold the player in any respect either. Do you applaud his actions?

i cant wait till january. when no club comes anywhere near him, and his form drops with the sulks and he gets dropped for buzz and i can do this to all of you donuts who think hes some sort of god, when actually hes just a player with nice skill and a good touch in a team of workhorses.
