it doesnt matter what adel says, who cares. he is as good as messi and better than ronaldo and drogba put together. you lot should be grateful he chose to join us over the other 50 cloubs who wnated him in the summer. now stop moaning and all priase the lord for adel, hes our god and he can say what he likes, and if he left us for nothing and went to palace, we should and would still love and idolise our new rodney bowles.

Anyway, long story very short, Warnock has instructed his players not to pass to Adel in his own half of the pitch and says they will get fined if they do!!! Don't think he was joking either. Also, on the subject of man marking him out of games he said that Adel is now given leave to go and play upfront along side HH if this happens - Warnock (very rightly) said it's not all about him, if the marker wants to follow him there fine, we have other players that can exploit the space and hurt them. God this man gets it right!

I honestly can't believe some of the stuff that has been posted. All Adel has said is "Yeah heard the rumour and we will assess in January". Personally I think he could have fobbed them off a bit but let's be honest the question is nonsensical to start with. The transfer window isn't open until January so it's all irrelevant anyway. If we were to capitulate, slide down the table and an offer from a bigger club came in that was acceptable to Rangers and Adel then maybe he would consider it. The fact is if we keep going as we are I think he will happily remain here which personally I will be pleased with. Don't know about you , but he gets me off my seat on a Saturday and entertains and that's why I work 5 days a week and pay my money - to be entertained.
Some of the comments regarding selling him, dropping him etc are quite frankly way out in relation to what the guy has said.
It's a nothing story that has attracted some over the top comments, has he slated the club? Has he stormed into Amit's office demanding to be sold? Has he had a massive fall out wth Warnock and refused to play / train?
Seriously guys, we knew he can be a bit of a primma donna but personally I think this is just a young lad not being too clued up and when trying to take a diplomatic stance he has maybe not got it right. No big deal.
We currently have the best squad of players we have had in over a decade and in Adel arguably our most gifted player since Les or Sinclair. Instead of slating the bloke and throwing toys out of the pram over a quote why don't we get behind him and the team and hopefully keep this fantastic run going. Then with a bit of luck we can end up where we want to be and so can Adel.

Absolute caaaaaant! shocking the way he said it so nonchalantly too.....as if it was ok to say.
not happy with that AT ALL.
NW said that when he signed him he told Adel to give us at least 2 yrs and then he can move onto barca or madrid type club that he thinks he should be playing for. he signed. then wants to give us 5 months.
Not on!

I can live with that.
You didn't get off your seat then??
I didn't get off my seat because my grandad would of scored the tap in against palace. I got off my seat when Mackie did incredible and unlike tarbs who would of hit the side netting he unselfishly tap across to adel. To be honest adel has great skill but he needs to give the step overs a rest and do alot more. Yes I am delighted with the side and the results but Adel HAS been a luxury. I really hope he bucks up with Faurlin in the side because otherwise I would rather see Buzz.I played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Ok so I'm special - brilliant response. When failing to come up with a reasoned argument resort to name calling.
Seriously your claiming that he hasn't done this or that and then when proved wrong resort to stuff like that. Way to have an argument. Your 'argument' is made up of hypothetical nonsense in order to try and prove your point.
Adel has been a luxury? Can I ask what you mean by that do 2 personal awards in 2 months a few goals and a number of assists make him a luxury, or does it make him a very good player, playing in a side full of confidence? Does Adel work as hard as Mackie - no. Does he tackle as well as Derry - no. On the other hand does he beat men for fun and produce bits of magic that at this level can hurt the opposition, I would say yes he does. It's a team game and Warnock has managed to fashion a side that is well balanced both in defence and attack. Much of the improvement in Hogan and also the excellent goal return of Mackie are due to Adel occupying 1, 2 even 3 players at a time giving others more space and allowing them to exploit it. Sure he doesn't pass sometimes when he should but he has improved this part of his game massively over the last few months. The reason he is with us in the first place is becasue this is the part of his game that needs working on as if he could do this already I'm quite sure he would be playing at a higher level already
Will he play brilliantly every week - no he wont, there will be times when he will go mising, get frustrated or just have a complete stinker, but I'm more than happy to back the guy because in my opinion over the course of a season he will contribute more to our season than take away from it. Just as he has in the first 10 games.

It's funny, I wonder if the people slating Adel are all sons or younger brothers of the people who used to slate Stanley for having no respect for the club when he turned up at 10 to 3 for each game or went drinking with the fans after each game in the Bok?Queens Park RangersNPower Champions 2010/2011

Stan never wanted to leave, indeed when he was sold to Forest when Gregory finally called his bluff, he was astounded and tried to back track.
Stan's transfer requests were generated on the back of wanting either a) his wages in cash b) paid earlier or c) more money. Usually a) to visit the bookies pre match.
He never once cast around for a bigger club or a better deal.
To bracket Stan with Adel's behaviour is very unfair and not comparing like with like.
edit - plus, of course, Stan was a world class player who used to tear apart the Champions of England and Europe on a weekly basis. Adel isn't fit to lick his boots.

Adel is something else..we need to take the greatness with the stupid sometimes. Like his tantrum when he is getting subbed. He makes our team better!!
But he can't make the decision in January can he?? It's all up to Allah..
Reporter
-"Adel, will you play for QPR the rest of the season and help gain promotion?"
Adel
