  • Walker To End of Season..Recall Anytime According To Reports

QPR will re-sign Tottenham youngster Kyle Walker on loan this week.
And the deal will be classified as a 'youth loan', meaning it is a rolling deal that could run until the end of the season.

But as part of the agreement Spurs would be able to recall the 20-year-old at any time.

Walker joined the Championship leaders on a one-month loan deal in September, but that expires after the international break.

And Neil Warnock is desperate to keep the defender, who started every one of QPR's games during his initial stay at Loftus Road.
It is also thought that Walker is keen to extend his stay with QPR as he will be given the chance to play regular first-team football.
But one potential problem with the youth loan agreement is that it will expire on Walker's 21st birthday, which is on May 28 next year.
And with the Championship play-off Final not until May 30 there is a chance Walker could miss the big game if Rangers reach the Final at Wembley

If this is true we have good cover and can rotate players when games come fast, we will be going up!

Look at the next 3 games. 16 October Norwich at home, only 2 days rest then 19 October Swansea away, again only 2 days rest then 22 October Bristol City away. This is when our strength in depth will come in handy.

                  Hang on a minute.

There is only a limit on the time-scale of a loan if you are outside the transfer window. All we need to do is sign him on this youth loan until Jan, then sign him on a proper loan until the end of the season.

Im sure the club are aware of this?

If they have a 24 recall clause then yes, but it would mean he would be availble for the play off final if we happen to be in it.

I feel a bit sorry for Brad Orr, as he hardly put a foot wrong.

It just goes to show, no one can afford to get injured with
the squad we have at the moment.

Warnock has said a few times that Kyle Walker can play RB or LB... so if Clint Hill is stuggling anytime, we can play Walker at left back, and Orr at right back.

As long as two of those three are fit, we are fine for proper full backs.

Took us about 3 years to have this wondeful problem...

God knows we discussed our full back issue enough!
