Warnock and Keegan are fairly closely matched although Keegan's performed better at the top level.

Both are motivator's and team spirit builders. At this level they are the two most important attributes.

Once In the Premiership it is all about individual player ability and tactical nous. Something I'm afraid to say that our Neil has not really had in his time in the promised land.
