        Rangers advance party into Pompey

I did the Great South Run today aswell - was it you wearing the QPR Shirt ?

I saw a fellow Hoops fan at about 4 x miles, someone just in front of me shouted "YOU R's" at them.

Hope your legs don't feel as bad as mine...........

Running talk - but Hoops related

1hr 20min and don't my legs know about it today. Walking down the stairs were a bit of an issue this morning !!!!!

There were at least 4 x Hoops running the GSR then, sorry to hear about your injury - at least it happened near to the finish rather than at the start.

How did you get on ?

I had to stop for a p.ss in the first mile, drank way too much fluid beforehand !!! By my watch I finished in 1.20.40secs so you were about 200 metres ahead of me ; sub 8.00 minute miling is good running !!!

Give us a shout if you want to run it together next year, maybe we could get a group of us wearing our colours !!!!!!

                Cheers

Sounds like a plan, I've just entered next years race as it fills up quickly.

Any other R's fancy a 10 mile jog around Pompey next October ?

                    "Come on you R's"
