Can Anyone Convert old QPR Videos to DVD?

I can only place old DVD/s on our archive and I want to record the series from 1988 to 1998, which I own but they are the videos

problem is these videos maybe encrypted from that time, if anyone can help and record them please PM me and I will send them on to do.
