i smell the meddling of comical Ali - you do put yourself up for a helluva slagging Pete just when fans were begining to put faith in the board - you come up with a post like this - lets be fair most fans will be priced out of regular visits to LR should we/when we reach the promised land anyway - this is either a pointless post or a lets test the waters post - the previous board/regime under The Fat One managed to set supporter against supporter - so please make it clear to those concerned - WE'LL NOT TOLERATE anymore meddling with our personal finances - have they forgotten the fury that directed towards Flabio ?

If the platinum, gold, silver and bronze seating was abolished then cat a - c prices might work. However, bronze matches should be £20 max and to be honest you'd be hard to find any fixture in the championship worthy of cat A status. Lets face it on their day any team in the Championship can beat anyone. I would not make any price changes for this season. As people have stated before we've paid over the odds for sh*te during the past few years.

When we go up major changes to seating arrangements prices etc will be needed.

I would suggest for the premiership the following be introduced -

Away support in X- block - one price for all games

Centre of Ellerslie and all upper blocks of SAR one price, Family section R block

School End, Loft and Paddocks - home fans only all one price

Giving up to 3,500 tickets to away fans cannot be justified and must be changed. We seem to be very generous to away fans with them having the school end. Most away fans are stuck in the corners with not the best views. If Man U can get away with offering less than 10% capacity to away fans we should follow suit.

Back to prices - keep them as they are for this season but no more £10 specials, if we get promoted, No increase next season for exisiting ST holders (full season), higher prices for new ST's. Prices for matchday in line with Fulham, West Ham i.e. less than Ch****a, Spurs, the #### etc.

Whatever we do DO NOT increase prices this season if we want to fill Loftus Rd
22nd February away v Charlton is the 40th Anniversary of my support of QPR and my first game. Away v Chelsea 3-3 23rd Feb 1974. 40 years of pure magic!!

        sotonhoops, some very good points

wish I never asked the question now.

its been taken out of context, I asked the question purely on my behalf no-one elses just to get an opinion.

I should have waited to end of the season

Northernxile, scarlett at some point whether it be 3 or 6 months time its bound to be discussed.

Think its a fair question to ask
The fans are not shareholders, we will not benifit finacially if we get promoted, the owners will, that's how it works. It's up to the owners to fund the club. If they get it right the fans will come back, and by doing so the revenue from the turnstiles will increase.

if you go to a concert you expect to pay more for Sinatra than say Peter Andre, likewise more at a theatre if a big name star was performing, this is because you are paying for quality and a guaranteed performance, bottom line players are hugely overpaid and £20 for Championship football is plenty, pubs are dropping Sky in huge numbers, lets address the obscene wages and bring football back to the people

No doubt the Loser Councillor is snooping around so he will be feeding this back. I shall await the girly tantrum response, once they've stopped spit roasting each other over Sousa's departure.

Ticket prices don't matter when you receive freebies from Uncle Gianni for services provided.

Sell on any spares to honest QPR fans and your beer money is also covered...

They dont like you much Pete lol

Er hallo!! Increase prices? I don't think so. Call me naive but I sincerely hope that the club "freeze" existing ticket prices even if we make it to the Prem. It would represent a small reward to us loyal fans who have stuck by our troubled club through thick and thin. By allowing the fans to share in the "pot of gold" it would show both acknowledgement and compassion as we all know that relative success can be all too short lived and God forbid the bubble bursts quickly then they will need those loyal fans to once again show their undying support.

By all means catorgorise games for away fans and charge them what you like!

                      No suprise.

Been told to raise above it and move on, so I will.

Just for the record Zed, please ask anyone at the LSA/Friends of QPR if I take freebies of them for travel or tickets and contact the club anytime regarding my payments for season tickets.

if you are going to slur, then please get it right.

                      cheers

Its the only thing that keeps the site going and as long as the ghost of QPR past Mike Lewis allows the insults and lies to continue it will never end

Can honestly see prices increasing next season if we go up.We will get the usual spiel about investing more money on players etc. and fans need to do our bit to help.

Wigan can sell ST's for under £300 so i will be dissapointed if prices do go up.And we will be getting 4 less games for the money.
