The Boro fan I work with sniffily said that he thought we "might finish in the top 6".
But he hasn't been with me to see us this season yet...

tbh, can't wait for the Burnley game as I think we will really see where we stand. Cardiff are nought without Bellamy and Chopra, both injury prone, and don't seem to have that strength in depth.
Still think it will be a lot harder for teams to manage Mackie and Tarbs once Faurlin is back, as he's intelligent enough to need marking himself and to play passes which will enable the other two to slip free.
Still keep pinching myself though -- 6 points clear? I'm sure I'm dreaming.

6 points clear, yes, but our vastly superior goal difference is worth an extra point's lead anyway.
