  • Do your wives/GF's support QPR?

Just a question , do your wives or significant others support QPR?
I'm married to an American, so she could not care less, it's no big deal, because we support the same american football team, the Bills, but I am just wondering, can you share your top of the table happiness with the womenz?

No liverpool because her brother in law has brained washed her, but I am working on it.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

            Fat chance...

My missus humours me to a point but ultimately couldn't give two hoots.. although when we first met 5yrs ago I was miffed after the majority of games and as much as I try and not let it affect me I can't help it.. I get moody and really tetchy when we lose.. as said above she is recognising that my mood has altered somewhat after games this season!!

We have a nearly 4yr old son who I am desperately trying to indoctrinate into being an R's fan(although I face fierce competition from the father-in-law who is PNE..) I have tentatively mentioned the day that he wants his mummy to accompany us to LR in a year or two but was met with short sharp shrift...

            Ongoing 'project' me thinks...............

I know, every year all the teams I like are terrible, and I'm usually in a bad mood, now that rangers are top, I can keep cool, and buy the wife whatever she wants, and more, this way she is not as grumpy as she usually is.

Thank you Warnock, Mackie and Kenny!

We are not worthy! We are not worthy!

Nice to know we are this years team, but by this statement does this mean next year you will be supporting someone else?
                Queens Park Rangers
                NPower Champions 2010/2011

PREMIER LEAGUE 2011 - ETERNITY (Oh well got that wrong, we'll be back though)

No , I meant different sports, 80's, cricket and so on, there is only one football team I support.

My wife doesn't care - she just cant understand why I'm on a permanent high for the last three months. I think I'm beginning to **** her off a little!! Tells me I spend too much and should be prioritising other things, but hey we've waited more than 10 years for this kind of success so football can come first for a while, and if we have to eat beans on toast for a while so what!!

22nd February away v Charlton is the 40th Anniversary of my support of QPR and my first game. Away v Chelsea 3-3 23rd Feb 1974. 40 years of pure magic!!

My other half, really doesn't like football too much. Did spend a couple of years as a seasonn ticket holder with me around 2000/2001, but cannot hook her to come back. She says would rather do her nails and go shopping, though obviously QPR is her number 1 team and goes to the odd away game
ALL BEST BANTER AND ALL THE LATEST FROM QPR.

Every girl I've ever seen for any length of time eventually becomes (faux) Rangers. I think they do it to show empathy or something. Or perhaps as a way to get a foot in the door to see you Saturdays and Tuesdays?

Wife and her mother do, her dad is Chelsea, all my family in England support rangers.
Eat, Sleep and QPR...eating and sleeping optional.

Not really a lover of footie, in fact most of her family are the same, son In law to be is an Evertonian, took him to the home game v Derby last year (bad example) gonna try and get my grandkids down LR when they're a bit older even though they're girls as long as they don't support Everton.
Seems I'm on my own being originally from London, the wife just don't get the whole thing being from the South and thinks I spend too much time and money on it.
But like I've told her 'she is my priority, well unless QPR are playing'
