Yep, tis true. But rumours that Dirty Den was named after Mark Dennis and Lofty after The Loft remain unfounded.

I was match ball sponsor last season for QPR v Scunthorpe.
Missus bought me a box for my 40th.
He came round afterward to do the rounds and was great value.
We were all absolutely larupped but he stayed for a couple.
Of course we ribbed him about Chelsea and he assured us he was QPR through and through. We gave him stick and said he would take that and he took it in good humour.
He spoke with a lot of passion about QPR and was concerned with how it was all going under the italian.
He did a few stories and talked about his call up for England when the manager mistook him for another player (can't remember which one).
Anyway he was great that day and even sent a follow up email after saying how much he enjoyed going into a box with proper Rangers from back in the day.

Maybe Gorkss should get the old Wicks song?

Six Foot Two Eyes are Blue, Kaspers Gorkss is after you!

        He needs a song ...
Great idea for a song, apart from the fact he is actually 6'3".........

        Never mind mate.......

Was married to the daughter of the old Chelsea owner Brian Mears. Not sure if he still is but certainly did well out of those nuptials!!
Cup-tied? I should say so - he played against us in the quarter final.
Remember pooing myself every time he went up for a corner.
