Ok I want to write this before I go through all the other posts.
I don't want to be influenced by other posters.

My view on todays game was that it was a little like the middlesborough game.
What I mean by that was it was again a game of 2 halfs. 1st half we were very poor but after a warnock team talk we improved in the 2nd half. Not as improved as the boro 2nd because I would of said that was the best 45 mins I have seen a QPR side in a very long time. Albeit we ended up with the same 3-0 result.

    Now to players.

    I thought Gorrks was outstanding.
He won everything in the air and scored 2 good goals.
His defending was superb and he looked more assured than Connors IMHO.

Mackie, ok missed a good chance to score but you really can't knock the guy.
Even when things aren't always working he just gives you even more effort and desire. A real fans favourite and I am not suprised. Not on the score sheet this time but a really whole hearted performance. Must of run more than any other player.

Adel was poor today. At time's he was walking around.
I thought Gillet for them had the better of him.
A little like Savage did. He fouled him if he needed to and stop adel constantly. You could see adel was frustrated.
The only time he did get a good ball through it was flagged for offside.
Took the penalty well but not a good performance by him. I'd be suprised if his no1 fan defends him today. Suprised he played the full 90.

Helguson would of got MOM for me if Gorrks hasn't played so well.
His work rate and donkey work was fantastic.

Hogan was very quiet and was a different player today.

    Anyway off for MOTD.

Delighted for 3 pts and winning when your top players aren't playing well is a really big plus
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Agree with that, although think Adel was ok.

Heidur was magnificent. I thought Buzz had a good game in a not ideal position too. The young full-back looks skillful but still a bit green, which I guess is why he is here on loan!

Hogan was very poor and I still do not see him as a wide player .He is effective when central only, as he has little in his game that is extra special that a creative player needs. He isn't quick, he isn't a great long shot expert like Buzz, he hasn't the quick feet and control of Adel, or the overall ability of Heidur. He works hard but kept cutting inside trying to shoot with his right foot, and it wa so predictable.

      Gorkss and Connolly were excellent.

We played against a super footballing side, and 3-0 flattered, but we're winning while not at our best and that is a great sign...

Clint Hill's early clearance off the line was the stuff of heroes.

I would like to add that clint Hill's clearance off the line was nothing less than exceptional and he was very solid today. Derry was poor.

            Fair assessment.

At the end of the day we are not going to steam roller teams every week we are going to be off the boil at times as we were today but that's fine by me if we roll out 3-0 winners.

Taarabt had his worst game today but the fact we won and hopefully it is out of his system now can only be a good thing. He will learn from games like this. Expect a fired up Taarabt Tuesday.

Kenny deserves a mention also as he was solid throughout. One superb save onto the post & caught 99% of the balls into the box.

Think you will find when Adel plays well then Hogan does, without adels influance Hogan seems to go missing.....just an observation.
              They seek him here.................

If we win 3-0 during our blips I don't think we've got much to worry about.
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########
