Ticketmaster want the % of sale they get and don't care who they sell to and in the past, that's why QPR have had to go back to people who have got tickets in areas they should not have.
If they were selling from a database as you suggest, why would they have got them in the first place ?
i'm sure the offish has stated somewhere that Tickets for millwall are only being sold to "known fans" or words to that effect - so they are only selling to the database.
