  • Quickest time you got to a game?

Just thinking, a few years ago when in league 1, We played Wrexham away (lost 1-0) and my mate decided to drive up there, We got caught up and lost a bit of time, and 3 of us eventually left Shepherds Bush about 12.15ish. We thought we would only make in time for 2nd half but he put his foot down and including a quick toilet stop at service station we made it in ground at 2.55!!

    Any stories at your end?

Anyway it pissed down and we lost 4-2!!

              haha nice one Goddard
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Sorry i don't understand the wording of this thread, as someone who lives next to LR would surely be the quickest, how you can start off with over 2 hours being the quickest confuses me.
By the way i was once in the club shop on the day of a game with no intention of going, i then changed my mind and did go so surely club shop to entrance must be quick.

ive never got to an away game quick, always leave well early cos its all about the pish up in the strange boozers (oh and the chip shops if its oop north)
people should say 'how long does it take you to get to the ground and then home' as well.
takes me 50 minutes going, 25 going home.
