Should Mackie play for England or Scotland?

he should play for neither as international football is shite and should be scrapped. Even the world cup is only interesting because its the only football on during the summer months. I hate england. And scotland. Just my opinion of course! :-)

Forget about international football for him, he probably will need a rest during those weekends as he does enough running during a match for us to deserve one.
Would be gutted if he got injured in a two-bob close game (or even if it was a major deider for 4th place) against Leichtenstien if we have a big game the weekend after.

I agree the friendly matches are a load of rubbish, 9 subs and all that, but the world cup in my opinion is unmatched, eng vs brazil, eng vs argentina, england vs germany (oh Lampard)
those are the biggest games in the world , because of the tradition, the history, the epic battles of the past, bobby Moore vs Pele, Venables, Robson, Lineker, Shearer, Shilton , Clemence Banks, Rio Ferdinand and Sol Campbell defending for their lives, I could not even watch Beckham's penalty against Argentina in 2002, I'm sorry, but there is no comparison between England-Brazil to Rangers- Doncaster, or Arsenal (a foreign team) vs Man U. I am frankly, sick of the premiership. Same crap every year for 15 years.
