what are they worth now?

Taarabt for £600,000,Mackie for £500,000.........what bargins they were,i know its early days but if we could sell them today what are they worth now,i would say if a premiership club came in for both,£5 million for Tabbs and £2.5 million for Mackie,so would it be fair to say they are worth about 7 times what we paid for them at this moment
