What a difference having this guy in our team. He was brilliant last night, does so much work to allow others to shine. The man is a fantastic new addition, he has played very well in every game so far and becoming a real favourite of mine.

I never used to like him,always thought his game was very one dimensional(a clogger),but maybe that was the set up of the teams he's played for.With Rangers,his role is perfect for the likes of Adel or Akos as he sits in the hole,as well as breaking up the play,but can pick out a pass as well.

Spot on Benny, hard working players don't necessarily get the plaudits if you have a few starlets doing the tricks or scoring the goals. Derry is a very hard working player who is one of the reasons we are now doing well
