Why was the deadline 6pm anyway??? The deal was completed on the 31 August and the window should of shut at 24h00 on the dot like it did in scotland. What is the difference anyhow? he will still be wearing blue and white hoops on Saturday, bloody bureaucrats.

imo this works for us better than a perm signing. 1.5m in our standards is alot of money to be spent.. we save that now and can use it in january if smith doesnt produce the goods.Soldier: "im on reconnaissance sir.. im looking for our camouflage expert.. have you seen him?"

I personally think a loan suits us fine .
See how Smith gets on till January ...If he's worth buying then he'll be cheaper than he is now!!
