            rules are rules and if we couldnt manage to get the paperwork in on time, its the right decision.

            hopefully we'll get him on loan anyway.

                  Stainrod - I agree. I don't doubt the Portsmouth end of this deal is not the most efficient either but Rangers has seemed a fair catalogue of slow dealings this Summer, so slow a few seem to have fallen through on us. Poor. Shame the Kitson one got under the wire. I'd rather him on any loan deal.

                      Think you'll jumping to conclusions here,from whats been said it was Pompey that Fu##ed up,got the paperwork in 2mins late,and Neil already said it was there end,so we are just thye victims of shoddy portsmouth admin !!! Loan,not a problem !!

                            Loan only ok if a perm deal pre-agreed. If not whose to say if he does the business for 3 month that others may sniff around, including Prem. Remember Walters?
