Cast your minds back a few years when we were doing well in the premier league didnt Southamtons ground (old dell) hold about 16k now since they fell from grace they have a nice new stadium that holds 32k and when they were in the Championship they got over 20k for most if not all home games and they are a "smaller club" than ours....just my opinion we need a staduim that holds 35k end of !!:drunk:

After a few seasons, QPR might even get back to where they were in the 80s and early 90's, i.e. top 6.
If QPR stay at the rickety old LR, they will not be able to compete on 18,000 gates and that's if the PL chairman & rules allow the stadium in their league.

I can confirm that a couple of years ago a company called KSS Group were instructed to complete a feasibility study on a new ground for QPR, with the directive that the club should remain in W12. The favoured piece of land for a new ground at that time was the Linford Christie stadium. Since then nothing more has been heard, no doubt because of FB's and BE's reluctance at further investment in the club.

Another alternative is to look at a new ground within the proposed massive regeneration schemes around the 'Kensal' crossrail station and the proposed new HS2 terminal at Old Oak Common. The area around the Scrubs will be very desirable, perhaps that is why the investigation into a new stadium at The Linford Christie.RIP: Doug, Sniffer and Pat

Pete does live on the door step of the bridge so that would make sense.
We could all right anti chelsea crap in the toilets thats at the bridge not Petes house.I played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!
