  • Looks like new ground may still be on.

Was at a BBQ today at got talking to a relative that works for a large European bank, he informed me that we are looking into a new ground and are in talks about financing it.
Guess it all depends on getting promoted

    interesting....

Just hope they dont build a 'bowl' like most new stadiums where there is enough room to have an athletics track around the pitch

lets hope it is rubbish. More than happy at LR and whats the point of having a 40,000 seater half full against the boltons, stoke etcs
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

I have no doubt that this is the type of information that Fabio and Bernie would love to know ( if they don't know already) in order too hold out for the extra money they are asking for there shares ( allegedly).

I'm a creature of habit & have so many memories at LR. Ideal scenario would be knock down LR ground share for a season and build a 25,000 seater on the same spot. I could live with that. But I guess its all about the big move just hope its in the same manor. Bbc or unigate maybe?

25/30k about right, and let's hope it's one of those sites.

I don't wanna be hearing this silly Uxbridge, Hillingdon talk that I've heard previously.

Have posted this a while back, the ground we need is a bigger version of Loftus Rd,so you're still very close to the pitch. The only ground I've seen like that is the one used by Boavista.
I came here to chew gum and kick ass,and I'm all outta gum!

Loftus Road was great when we had standing. I'd be more than happy to move out of the cramped ,rotting stadium. Out West would be just dandy.

Yeah we need to stay local, we move too far from LR and that could kill us, premiership or not.
