well game before those games they miss, I suggest they deliberately get a booking so that suspension covers those games!

If we were to loan them, we should complete both loan signings on the 28th September so they could play against Millwall that night and ultimately miss less games.

Why are we assuming that we can't win without them ? It could cost us , but equally it might not as Helguson ,Mackie, Agyemang , Tarbs could all step up, as they have done so far...

Argubably the best way to solve the problem is that you loan one next week and bring the other in a few weeks later so that between now and January we will always have at least one of them here and for most of the time both of them.

Very good idea, which one do you loan first?

Providing both Derby and Pompy would agree, then sounds like a good idea. Although still not as good as having both signed up and available for all games at the same time as eachother.

Yes but if the FL don't ratify the deals then they haven't been bought yet, that's the problem.

Then we would need to loan them.

Depends on Hulse's fitness and Helguson's after these Internationals. He has a home match against Norway followed by a trip to Denmark before the Boro match whereas Ephraim and Mackie don't have a match.

If Hulse is fit then I'd get him first but if he isn't then Smith.

they will sanction the deals. this club isnt run likem it used to be anymore.
we got top businessmen at the helm who would make the dragons den lot look like tesco shelf stackers.
trust the state this club is in, i know we never have before, and we have had good reason, but that was then and this is now.

It's not about the club though. It's about whether the Football League will sancation them. We might believe and in good faith have done everything that we are supposed to have done but if the Football League don't ratify the deal then it doesn't matter how we are run.
