Ok that might cover Tommy Smith, but whats the bloody excuse for Hulse then, could someone not be bothered to fax the registrations off at different times. Were we just being conscientious of the environment and only wanted to use the fax once in one day?

Also Portsmouth are desperate for dough can't see why Smith would have held anything up, plus they could have easily dipped into the loan market the next week for a replacement.

The chain would of slowed up Tommy smiths transfer from Portsmouth because of all the movement from that club, so why the issues with Hulse and derby????

Its all a load of ******, Hulse's transfer was completely independent of Smiths transfer, the whole thing has a serious stench of incompetence about it.
