Rumoured that we didnt get the paperwork to the FA in time so we may have missed out on Hulse and Smith on permanent deals - but a loan is a option to get round it.

So if it is a loan only it would rule Smith out of Pompey away on 09 November. Great!

But they would both have to go back in early december - because there is a 3 month limit on loans.
