    The manager paid £1.5m for Portsmouth's Tommy Smith while he is convinced he clinched one of the deals of the summer to bring in Rob Hulse from Derby County for an initial £400,000, rising to £800,000.


    What a coup................Read somewhere Derby turned down a £4mill bid fro Boro last season!

        I would rather Hulse to Walters imo. I know its easy to say now.....but really i would have if i had the choice. Hulse scores and contributes more imo.
