never said you were bang out of order, just think you should be happy our squad is being built the right way, and balanced, with a bit of depth, and maybe a couple of loans to give us more options.
QUOTE=Ric-Roc;440162]Moans & groans... Ooh they were not my first choice.. Uninspiring etc etc.
Tommy Smith & Rob Hulse are 2 brilliant acquisitions for QPR. Smith from what I've seen & heard seems like a very handy player to have & Hulse is the type of striker we haven't had for many years a big strong tough powerhouse that will bully defences.
What were people expecting? Crouch & Keane were mentioned!!! Hahaha get real.
Delighted with what we have. Yes a defender would of been nice but we can still indulge in the loan market.[/QUOTE]
Yes, QPR can still use the loan market.
Santa Cruz and Roberts will be stuck in reserve football until January, unless they join a Championship club on loan.
And seeing as their clubs will pay their wages, they may as well loan them out to try and raise their profiles for a Jan transfer. I'd try for one of those. It may not cost a lot, but it sure would give QPR plenty of options in attack.
Imagine a bench with any 3 from Smith, Hulse,. Helguson, Roberts or Santa Cruz
CB is really important & a few good names mentioned on here last few days that could / should be viable; Curtis Davies, Jay Demerit, Matt Kilgallon.
Jason Roberts still would be lovely but seems to be whoring himself around to other clubs (Wigan & Blackpool mentioned) bit surprised after his 'I want to come home' talk.
