We win 2-0 and Strachan gets the sack

That will be 2 managers we've got sacked in 5 games!

love the badge/avatar harps and keep up the good work.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Not a bad shout, but Boro are not a sacking club so can't see them giving GS the bullet after such heavy investment on the playing side this season. But apparently Steve Gibson was absolutely fuming they never got promotion last season....so you never know!

Steve Gibson is one of the best Chairman around I find highly unlikely he will sack Strachan after 5 games.

You also thought Taarabt was going to skin Savage alive so you never know.

hahaha quality Paul and to be fair you did call this one so w12 has no reason to argue.

I agree with W12 (for once, Gibson is one hell of a chairman)

Given the amount of backing he has received from Steve Gibson I reckon the pressure will be mounting on them. Can't see him sacking GS after just 5 games though. Reckon he'll get 10-15 at least and if they aren't flitting around the top six by then, then I reckon his days will be numbered.

usually and every year for the last dont know how many years, a side like boro who have started so rubbish, would come to us and kick start their season by hammering us and outplaying us in every area of the park.
lets hope these days are well and truly over.

I was thinking exactly the same fella. This has to be a worry, as they do have a decent squad of players.

its a big test on the 11th allthough early days if we can turn them over gives us some daylight between us and boro too

That's the way I see it. The more you take now the bigger the buffer you give yourself if we get key injuries, suspensions or just when you just don't get the rub of the green going your way.

Completely wrong mate, the argument was whether to start Adel or not?

I argued as did W12 that No way should Adel be dropped for the game..

Paul never said Savage would have him in his pocket, Paul simply stated by not starting him, would mess their game plan up.
