  • Lloyd Dyer

Heard a rumour about a week ago that we were in for Dyer, although it also included Fryatt. He played for Leicester yesterday, which would probably rule a move out, but he looked very sharp.

I think Leicester want shot of Fryatt. I would buy Fryatt and a bigger striker and we're there I tell ya.

As I find myself repeating saying recently I'm prepared to trust NW but some of the names being touted do worry me. Dyer is neither a scoring winger or dynamic enough to worry defences. I'd prefer to continue with Ephraim who should only improve then sign someone like Dyer.

On the subject of Danny Dyer (so off the subject of Keiran Dyer) he is in a film being Premiered this week about the 'Essenden Range Rover Murders' Now hang on but wasn't that what 'Rise of the Footsoldier' was all about and is not that old at all, and a very good film imo. What is it they say 'If it ain't broke don't fix it' or maybe they are just trying to jump on the bandwagon?
