  • A MASSIVE positive from yesterday

Even better than the point and the fight back on the pitch for me was watching the Football League Show.

Did anyone else notice the jubilation on the bench from Adel, Legs and Ramage in particular? Team spirit personified! We're nearly there folks, nearly there!

The lads have made us proud. This is the first time for many years that I feel we have quality and team spirit.

I know this doesn't sound right, but I think the manner of our draw yetserday was better for the team in the long run than getting a win. The fightback and the unity shown yesterday should gain us more points in the long run than than the 2 dropped. I really like the never say die attitude and team ethic that NW has instilled throughout the squad

it's also the second time in two seasons that we have been 2-0 down at derby and still came away with something!

I know what you mean mate, almost like if we had won yesterday we will have lost those 2 points and probably more later without that unity.

Warnock has done a tremendous job with Taarabt, he was off the pitch and was replaced as were 0-2 down but he still celebrated. Taarabt from last season would have seen that as a negative as he will have felt that he only he should be the one to turn things around. He knows he is a massively important player and that it just wasn't his day yesterday

Can't remember the last time I saw QPR players celebrating like that! Was great to see the team spirit!

I think that, not only is Warnock tactically astute, but he is like a real father figure to the players.

He will give them a right b@ll@cking if they mess things up, but boy is he good at putting an arm round them and praising/encouraging them when they need it/deserve it.

That, I believe, is the difference at Rangers now. The players know exactly where they stand at all times.

                Be nice to Minty

The point yesterday was huge considering we were pretty poor for most of the match, last season that would have been 5 or 6,as much as i'd always hated warnock he's turned us round.

Only negative about yesterday i left at 86

The other positive is, we now have an international break and psychologically we have one over on the rest of the contenders as we are still top going into our next game in 2 weeks.
Two more weeks at least that we can say we are 'Top of the league', love it.

If you listened to Warnock, he said it was like we had won whereas Clough was all doom and gloom, even though they had played well. As has been said, we go into the break top of the league and upbeat with more firepower to come and Derby feel like the world has caved in on them. Lets hope Boro feel the same.

Said the same thing after the Barnsley game. They way Kenny celebrates and the praise distributed by Derry and Hill have made a huge difference.

Without a doubt we would have lost that game last season. Feels like a great win....

Another thing I noticed was Mackie jumping into Derry's arms at the end -- looked like a father/son thing.
Certainly have some very stabilizing influences in the squad now.
