                    How on earth can Pompy afford these players high wages ? If they can surely we can ? Also why would they go to a club with huge off the field problems ?

                      11:46 Football Editor: Sky Sports News understands Portsmouth are in talks with Liam Lawrence as part of a deal which would see Marc Wilson join Stoke City. Dave Kitson is also discussing a move to Fratton Park, while fellow Potters, Ryan Shotton and Michael Tonge, have also been linked with the Championship club.

                      So Wilson to Stoke and they get up to four players???

                        If we got Roberts, then not fussed by that.

                        I like Kitson, he's more than good enough for us. But I can't see both coming.... neither Roberts or Kitson are bench players, and the system we are playing doesn't seem to be one that has 2 target men on the pitch at the same time.

                        Either of them? Great... but you'll end up with one very unhappy, expensive sub if we had both.

                        Choice between the two: Jason Roberts.

                            As Goddard has said if there is a deal to be done with Roberts then there isn't a need to sign both and as Pete has already said Kitson isn't happening anyway. There is no way we'd keep both happy so as long as we sign Roberts then great.

                              More than happy with just Roberts, and a.n.other who Warnock decides is right for us!
