She looked after me as I thought you could by ticket on the day did not know you needed by in advance. It was Oxford away and she sorted it for me and made me felel so welcome. One great lady

I will always remember an away game at Leicester i think - when she walked across the middle of the pitch before kickoff and all the Rangers fans chanting Daphne,Daphne,Daphne
A lovely lady missed by everyone who knew her.

I remember travelling up to Liverpool in the 80s with some mates and we were sitting not too far from Daphne, I was arrested for something minor but as Daphne saw the whole thing she came back up to Liverpool with me on another day in her own time (which she didn't have to do as i was not travelling with the supporters club on the day of the game) to defend me in court, and get me off the charge. A true legend and dearly missed I will always remain thankful to her.

She was a lovely lady, everytime you met her she made you feel she remembered you personally, I remember her at Yeovil away in the FA cup, she was with a group of other ladies and they all loved the hoops.
                        Kept the faith!

The fact that I can still hear her voice clearly even though my last contact with her was traveling on the specials during the early 80's shows the mark she left not only on me but everyone who came in contact with her......a very special lady sadly missed.

Will never forget Daphne, like others put me in my place a few times and rightly so but always there to help and on more than one occasion let me travel, when I was a fiver short of the fare, I always made sure I paid her back the next time, taught me how to show trust ! True Rangers Legend

God bless and RIP. I remember going to Shrewsbury away early 80's. Me and my pal didnt have enough to pay to get in and Daphne sorted us out the money. A true angel
