It's good to remember things/situations about people who we cared and loved, who are no longer with us ... Yeah, Ray's goals away to Cardiff and Southampton .... still see them in my minds eye!
God bless your family Ray, can still see the dignified way they all walked out from the players tunnel onto the Loftus Road pitch, not a dry eye in the house, And then with the Rangers squad stood there with their backs to the Loft End, and every player with the name JONES on the back of their shirts!
Three years! ... deep sigh! Take care big feller wherever you are.

And Daphney Biggs ..... Daph was, and still is Mrs QPR. I had so many run in's with Daphney when I was a boy. I really had no nice feelings for her. I think Daphney cuffed me round the head more times than my own Mum. Most of the kids who stood in the kids pen at the front of The Loft and felt the wrath of Daph at sometime .... for such a small lady, she saw all the rotten things us kids got up to in The Loft pen - No stewards in those days, and the away keeper always got things thrown at him by the boys .... not me you understand, ahem!
So many storys about Daphney, Ill save a few for this time next year ... One of the kindest sweetest ladys I've ever had the privalage to know.

God bless you Daphney, never forget how you huged me when you found out I'd married Kathy - Take care my dear friend xx
