Once you have joined, please take 5 minutes to invite all QPR supporting friends that you have, and ask them to do the same!

A lot of the replies are out of fans hands, such as moving the family section (which is a must IMHO).
So, back to the oiginal question - what can we do?
We can all do personal stuff, like encouraging mates etc, but collectively can we be better at organising things? They are often good at organsing fans in other countries.
This is a messagege board and although people argue here (quite right too) we are all in a collective, like it or not.
So, maybe this (and other) boards could be used to organise more stuff before and after games, because it is not only about the football, but the whole day out etc. Such as:
1.Do more threads to help share travel for fellow supportes (car share etc)
2. Arrange to meet up at stations for more remote fans and travel together
3. WATRB pub crawl before saturday games. Some goons can post the current locations on facebook and all that with their Iphone!
4. Arrange "all arewelcome" WATRB (and other boards) meets before the game
5. Have a thread for people going to the match on their own who may want to meet for a beer/coffee etc before the match
6. Tell every child you know that QPR are top of the league and show them the BBC website to prove it.
7. Organise online petitions to send to club for sensible and inexpensive ideas - like moving family stand next year and making sure ST holders are also looked after with all the deals
8. Stop calling the fans that can't afford to come "glory hunters" when we do get a good crowd v boro!!
Just off the top of my head - some may already happen, and others won't make any difference. I guess my point is to use the message board to make things happen.Last edited by silvercue; 24-08-2010, 11:00 AM.

Yesterday morning the marketing department of our beloved club should have put up posters all around West London promoting us as 'Top of the league - come and see the best football in London', Kids under 8 free etc etc. But did they? No! As always we seem to miss a trick. We need to sort out the marketing asap. It ain't rocket science!
Have the club offered and pushed reduced coach travel to Derby? - No, have they sent us all an email asking for our support at Derby? - No. Have they offered us a £10 voucher off ticket prices for every three games we attend? - No! There are so many options but noone at HQ seems to wanna know.22nd February away v Charlton is the 40th Anniversary of my support of QPR and my first game. Away v Chelsea 3-3 23rd Feb 1974. 40 years of pure magic!!

It would be nice to see a lot more interaction starting with this thread, clearly there are lots of people watching this thread but not participating. All opinions welcome, and your support is needed!
Let's look for a pledge to bring some friends to the next match!

to be fair to Paul you do sound like a voice from within the club.
We will get over 16k for a much bigger fixture against Middlesborough but i'll let you take credit for it.I played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

You are right, we will get a healthy crowd against Middlesborough anyway. Hopefully all the crowd will return for the following game. I don't want credit for anyone for anything, I just feel that the ground should be full. It was nearly full in Olly's days in league 1. We took 35000 to cardiff. The fans are out there! It would be nice to have universal support from fellow fans, instead of constant negativity!
