I reckon within two months me or any other passionate qpr fan could increase crowds by at least 10% if in charge of advertising.
Something as simple as a market research with say 200 qpr members and st holders.
Offer them a voucher for the clubshop for a couple of hrs of there time and find out what they want from the club and thee owners

Exactly. Let's keep all these suggestions going. Get the daytime posters to add to this tomorrow. We can then write to the club, and attach a printout of this thread to it!

As to what fans can do directly, let's look for a pledge from each poster on here (and the silent majority who read but don't post), a pledge to bring 2 extra fans to the next game and in the future.

Anyone want to add their name to this pledge?

When will the club move the family enclosure back to Ellerslie? This seems a fundamental change that will improve the atmosphere at the ground. I want to bring my 5 year old to his first game soon, but am not looking forward to going in the lower loft. I assume to get a free seat for him, I would have to sit in the lower loft?

Club can't even arrange to have shirts in the clubshop for the opening game of the season.....the ones they had in there on Saturday apparently were mostly wrongly labelled for size. Stuff like that and the marketing needs to be sorted out as it's very unprofessional and reflects badly on the club

and the last time I can remember it being deafening was when we can back to draw 2-2 against PNE a couple of years back but that was only compressed into the last 7 or 8mins....

I am not sure the owners can do much to get more fans into LR. It appears that some have been so badly p**sed off by Flavio that they can't bring themselves to watch their team, even though they are top of the league. On a previuous thread one poster even said that he would rather go to away matches than give money to QPR. With this type of logic, we are never going to be well supported. No matter what is done, there always seems to be another reason not to come. As others have sais on the subject, if you really want to go to matches you will find a way.
                              RIP: Doug, Sniffer and Pat

It wouldn't bring more people back but it would enhance the atmosphere by moving the away supporters from the school end....... Therefore giving the team home support on all four sides of the ground causing an intimidating arena for opposition teams. This has been adopted by other teams and it works well
