Facebook?!! what the F**k has facebook gotta do wiv Rangers selling out Loftus rd?...Results and reasonble prices would help get people through the turnstiles.perhaps relocating the family stand to the ellerslie rd and calming down over bearing stewards would probably help the atmosphere improve and again Results would help. I think Briatore has done a lot of damage to the fanbase just remember how good being part of the Rangers Family felt under Olly when we clawed our way back outa League 1??...or perhaps is just this "Credit Crunch"?,peoples wages being driven down or loosing the jobs etc,Following your club IS an expensive Luxury or should I say Addiction after all!!

Steve,
Facebook-Just an idea!
Assuming that the club aren't lowering prices again, what can we as fans actually do about it? Realistically I think its just going to be word of mouth and trying to persuade a friend or 2 each to come back. Facebook is just one idea I had to try to get the word around.
I accept the recession is a factor and I do think that when we get this petition written up (need to settle on a few key points to raise first) we should raise ticket prices again with the club. If we are getting 12k attendances when top of the league and playing like Brazil, the something is wrong! Regardless of it being 'only' Scunthorpe, we should be getting higher crowds-at least equalling the Holloway days!
Last season you could go to LR for free. Yes free tickets for anyone who joined an online casino, one of the biggies. It was very widely publicised. The crowd was the same as normal.

It really isn't. PM me if you want to know who I am if you are that concerned. I don't want to post lots of personal details on a message board for privacy reasons.
I have NO connection with the club other than as a fan.
As for the scarves? Nothing to do with me at all.
My opinion is that high prices and FB thinking he knew more about football than he did and the way in which he publicly referred to fans were the main cause of attendances dropping. Would I say these things if I worked for the club? Clearly not.
Here is one for you next brainstorming session, 1 bottle of Magners and a pie was £6.30 and out of principle, I will never play that again. The same pie from the chippie and a bigger, colder can of cider from the offie for £3 from no on.
As we are play Derby at the weekend, you might want to talk to them regarding their food and beverage pricing, which was designed to get people into the ground early and spending.

You would say everything you have said if you were a consultant with a brief from Ishan to find out why fans are not 'coming home'

I never buy anything in any football ground. It tastes like rubber and costs double what it should!
Even if I was, why would you be hostile to this idea? Are you a Chelsea fan?
If you were and you said you were, you would have 101 people giving you their real life experiences and opinions, for you to do your job properly, but as it appears they are being hoodwinked by some smartarse pretending to be a 'passionate supporter' they cant be bothered.
