  • Can you go top too early?

A win tomorrow could see us out on our own at the top if Millwall drop points at Leeds.Being top after 3 games is that too early,we need to be top in May?

Or does going top give us something to keep hold on to,surely its best to be setting the pace instead of trying to catch up?

Would rather be top than bottom but i get your drift. We will be there to be shot at if we go top. The team to beat and all that.

Good point but QPR have always raised their game when under pressure and may actually thrive on the challenge

Agree with you on that, if we can win this game then it leaves us on 9 points, lose the next and we should still be up there.

Only to early if you don't stay there.

Never to early. Leeds Utd proved that last year and although they fell apart, it was their early form that got them promoted.

We wont stay top all season. But think we will be there or abouts in May.
Queens Park Rangers, simply the best.

3 points for a win is 3 points for a win whether it's August or next May.

                        I'll take it whenever.

Never to early would rather be looking down than up. If for example we won 6 or 7 from the first 10/11 games that's approx 19 points very early doors. So if we did have a slight barron run we'd still be in the mix. All about banking points imo.

If results go our way tomorrow we could end up 7/8 pts in front some of the main contenders for promotion. That kind pts lead for a team bang in form could take months for some of our rivals to overturn maybe not at all?
