  • Who is our greatest home grown talent?

For me it would have to be Gerry
macca, Clive Allen and Paul goddard would be up there
vennables 82,83,84 teams were full of home grown talent but as the club moves forward it is important we develop talent every season.

We are in prime situation again to attract top youngsters one the academy is sorted.

We need to be producing kids like palarse.
Dean Parret, Raheem Sterling and Ray god rest his soul are the only decent players we produced in recent times, but stability at first team level will filter down the club.

What is the latest on the academy?

For me it's gotto be leona lewis and JLS, both home grown and modern day success stories due to xfactor. Good luck with your auditions this year mate and remember big bad Simon is a softee really. Perhaps you could serenade him with a jamie mackie special.

    All the best mate

I don't know who was 'home grown' or not but I do know that when we sold Les Ferdinand we went down and have stayed down.

Les nicked from Hayes for a snip!

Also picked up impey and Darlington fron non league and sold on for decent dosh!

Crouch started at rangers but then left to go to spurs and came back!

Josh Parker is showing promise, let's hope more to follow!

I thought Crouch was lousy then and I still think he is lousy now, definitely second rate. Only my opinion.

                      Definition of highjacking, please mate?

I don't do taking sides mate. I say what I feel is right...I'm always in Switzerland, but I fail to see that as highjacking?

If that's the case, I must be the worlds worst for it.
