People can say what they like about Pete, and I cannot confirm that he's been going to away games since before I met him en route from Southampton about 4-5 years ago? We won 2-1 and Ray Jones scored when we all did the bouncy...

Anyway, most of my family are Rangers, my dad, my uncles bar two of them and all my cousins, and my uncles tell me he's always been Rangers, and being family, I see no reason they'd lie to me.

I don't get the obsession with who was where at what time. If I'm being honest, I didn't go to away games regularly untill about 9 years ago, and if Others think they're a better fan than me because you were there all along, then so be it. I played footy a lot and for that reason, I wasn't at every game. But I won't accept that I am less of a fan. I won't argue with any of you as it's pointless, but I know in myself that I am Rangers through and through and that's how it is. I don't need to be loved by the Rangers faithful to know this.

Anyway, I'll be back again a lot this season as my footy career isn't working out too well

He gets far too influenced accusing supporters he has never seen before 2003 of not being supporters, though someone put up a photo of me from 1991 and one of the kids in the photo who has now grown up, he accused in person of not seeing him before and that sort of mean't he just supported the club. Maybe I can say that 3-4 years time about him, as I've not seen him on an away trip for months. Probably circumstance prevents him from going away games now, who knows, with me back from around 2000-2002 admittedly I could not make away games, as I had a very sick grand-child in Great Ormond Street Hospital, sorry Wibble Wobble but I do have priorties. And Yet, because you did not see my face, I have only just pitched up supporting the hoops? Since 2003, you may have not noticed but a wonderful thing called the world wide web has developed and made the connection between fans more obvious and I suspect many have met each other thorugh the internet.

Its all ridiculous, if you support a club as you grow up, thats the club you stick with. To try and blacken someones name like Paul FInney did and say you used to support Chelsea is not only the lowest of the low, but rather keetle black material when he himself came into supporting QPR rather late in life and only through certain connections in the early eighties. Think about it logically, when a club is wiining league titles, why would anyone swap from Chelsea to QPR. Later it becomes West Ham because I was born very close and brought up close to the ground. I don't think many believe it, but you will always get some that will try and manipulate the situation because there own voices have a smaller audience as years progress.

Always believe trying to defend your own insecurities by attacking someone else over whether they support the club is a pretty low thing to do, its even lower to never admitting that you do or have done it.

Benny you do a lot of defending Pete, saying he is always been Rangers blah blah...This shoudnt be needed if it is the case... People can verify i have been going since 85 though I dont need them too.

I think it lights the fire for people when you continually pop up to champion Pete and his support for the club.

I personally never saw Pete at many many away game in early 90's when i went nearly all games away, doesnt mean to sy he wasnt going, but others will look differently at it!
